Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a set of specified cities. On the delivery page, all the cities that the shipping company representatives reach are displayed.
You can request international delivery from the store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight information and pricing for international shipping agents not currently registered in the store.
In case of a manufacturing defect in the product?
You should refer to and read the return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange. In the case of a manufacturing defect that has been agreed to be returned, the shipping cost will be charged to the company, and the re-shipping cost will be charged to the customer. However, the product value will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.
