Return and exchange policy

Return and exchange policy:

 - Exchange and return are guarantyd rights for all our customers and apply to all products we offer in our store.
- All products displayed in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
- Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original wrapping.
- Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us thru the "Contact Us" page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to have it replaced with another product in case the product is defective, has a specific flaw, or does not function as agreed upon.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
- A 30% deduction or an amount not less than 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any notable issue.
